|
|
Still working on my temp housing plan, and need to know what the least number of piers that I should use on an IBU.
How many piers/footings does a 20'or 40' IBU need. Four or six on a 20 footer?
Any suggestions as to what ot use (quantities and types) would be greatly appreciated.
Thx! _________________ D.S. Brown |

This question is a bit more difficult because of unknown Loads, codes etc.. Without knowing what apertures you are doing the answer would be the more the better, at least 6. A local GC would be able to field that better. _________________ David |

Thanks for the input Dave. I am meeting with a GC this weekend at the site, and should then have more knowledge on local codes, etc. (Linden, AZ). Then if the Gods are on our side, we should be able to start building on the site after the first of the year.
Once I get my plans from the drafting service I will post them for all to see. _________________ D.S. Brown |
