here's what you get when you go thru the site to get a "quote" on a heidi house with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, for a residential, not vacation home. (those are your options). it's a neat site, you should check it out, especially anyone interested in selling prefab houses. it at least gives you an idea of what you'll get, and it at least seems like a custom process. i know there are a few american sites like this, but i don't think any of them are actaully building houses.

Nice, however there is no bathroom on the ground floor. Even so I am very impressed with the virtual tour! http://www.griffnerhomes.com/products/products_main.htm Go to Pano Walks

I agree. Now that I've had time to really look at this floorplan, I really like it. Very efficient and a nice flow

The floorplan is very european. These homes are so beautiful and very original; do they qualify to be placed on the fablist?

Yep and they will be listed soon. No doubt there are plenty of other European products that should be on the fablist. We need Eurofab sleuths...

But I have one obvious problem with the floorplans.
Why does a good architect not take care that the first floor bathroom is above the ground floor bathroom and near the kitchen. Save water piping up and waste water down near to each other...
Not thought through I think in my humble opinion.
