These modernist prefab dwellings currently available for purchase. Projects in development can be found in the fabzone.

Fablist Prefab projects must meet these four criteria to qualify for the fablist: 1. The dwelling design is "modernist" in form 2. The structure is a single family dwelling. 3. A prototype has been constructed. 4. A "product" is being actively marketed for sale. If an existing built structure could potentially be marketed as a prefab dwelling it will appear in the fabzone until it meets the fourth requirement above. Projects can range in scale and purpose from basic retreats to urban residences. The projects presented below are in alphabetical order (by Project name).
