Painted steel stairs with aluminum treads.

Central gas heating via radiators.
Electricity
installations:
Junction box service panel and meter. Telephone, Fax and
Internet connections. Multiple access points provided
from a central communications hub with Power
connection, inlet depending upon situation.

Covered on both sides with either plywood or drywall,
with piping and cables installed.
