Philosophy
One system and a thousand possibilities.
We envisage the future of building to be simpler, more innovative and less expensive, without having to sacrifice quality. Architecture should be able to be defined intelligently, with humour and, above all, by the client him/herself. We offer you a system that invites you to create individual architecture.

The Grid
1.20m – you don’t have to think about anything else when planning using oa.sys. This is because the system elements are based on a 1.20 m grid. The standard lengths vary according to element (wall, ceiling, single or two-storied and, of course, depending on the depth of the building). All elements, which are manufactured to the highest quality by Berlinger Timber Construction, can be placed in rows or stacked on top of each other. In short: you can do whatever you like.

System elements
With oa.sys the choice is yours. In addition to the basic elements you have prefabricated windows, sliding windows, door and ridge roof elements. The elements are 30cm deep and fulfill all technical requirements. All of the high-quality elements are supplied to the building site ready for installation on the foundation within the shortest time.

Colors
The facade is available in different colors or natural finishes. You can determine size, form and color of your new home.
