Wall construction from the inside outward:

• Fermacell [a wood fiber based sheathing product] 10mm or birch plywood 9mm
• Particle board V 100 15mm
• Construction 220mm in between
• Insulation 170mm and Heraklith 50mm [Heraklith = Wood-wool lightweight construction slabs made of the natural raw materials wood and magnesite or wood and cement, for use as universal construction and insulation material.]
• Fermacell 10mm
• Battens 50 mm (backing ventilation)
• Facade panel or cladding/siding.

Roof system from top to bottom
• Roof membrane 1.8mm
• Tapered insulation EPS [expanded or extruded polystyrene] 40-100mm
• Pavatherm [thermal insulating wall panels using wood fiber] 100 mm
• Vapor barrier Vap 2000
• BSH cover [laminated wood] with 2 x K+N 160 mm

u-value: 0.21 W/m²K

Ceiling system

Variant 1
Ceiling system from top to bottom:
• Laminated timber ceiling with 2 x K+N 160mm with different installation levels

• 2 x particle board panels K+N V20
Subsonic acoustic insulation [sound deadening panel] 30mm
